Intero Real Estate Services will present a free community seminar, "The Art of Gracious Living," on Feb. 26, 6­7:30 p.m., at the Intero office, 518 N. Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos.

The seminar will feature Shirlee Walker of Shirlee Walker Interior, whose focus will be on color and the role color plays in the home.

Walker will offer a slide presentation to help attendees understand how color can be used in home decorating.

Phillips joins Intero

Heidi Phillips has joined Intero Real Estate Services as Realtor associate. Phillips, a native of the Bay Area, lives with her husband, Craig, in Willow Glen.

Prior to her real estate career, Phillips was a commercial pilot flying charters for the National Hockey League, and she has flown for Delta Air Lines.

She has a bachelor of science degree in aeronautical science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
