Relishing the mustard

Molly Wharton, 3, lies in the Heritage Orchard pretending to be Alice of 'Alice in Wonderland' during the Mustard Walk on Feb. 8 as sister Megan Wharton, 2, picks flowers behind her. Local artists, musicians, winemakers, chefs and historians provided entertainment, refreshments and information about local history at the third annual event. Patricia Bailey, chairwoman of the heritage preservation commission, called this year's walk 'a resounding success.'
