Cida Viera, a professional samba dancer, teaches first-grader Cary Xiao how to move during International Day on Feb. 27 at Foothill Elementary School in Saratoga. The day focused on celebrations, including Carnival from Rio de Janeiro and Tet, the Vietnamese lunar new year.
