Rudner joins Princeton

Todd Rudner, a 15-year mortgage industry veteran, has joined Los Gatos­based Princeton Capital, a full-service mortgage banker and broker specializing in providing residential home purchase lending to real estate brokerages.

Before joining Princeton Capital, Rudner spent seven years with First Western Mortgage in Monterey. Prior to that, he originated loans with GMAC Mortgage for seven years.

With Princeton Capital, he will be originating loans and marketing the company's full line of residential products to homebuyers in and around the Monterey Peninsula.

Guy wins top honor

Natasha Guy has been named to Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Society. The honor is bestowed upon the top Coldwell Banker sales associates nationwide.

Guy began her career with the company two years ago, working with Coldwell Banker in Los Gatos as a full-time real estate professional specializing in Santa Clara County residential properties.

Prior to joining the company, Guy worked in marketing for iQ.com in Saratoga and real estate lending at Valley Credit Union in San Jose.

Realtors in top 1 percent

Saratoga Realtor Bill Gorman and Los Gatos Realtors Steve and Christine Perry, Ducky Grabill, Carol Jeans and Ted Lascola are ranked in the top 1 percent in sales among the more than 4,000 Coldwell Banker agents in Northern California.

In honor of their performances, the Realtors have been invited to attend the Coldwell Banker Top One Percent Retreat to be held Sept. 26­30 in the Princeville Resort on the Hawaiian Island of Kauai.

Gorman is a 14-year real estate veteran and has been with Coldwell Banker since 1995. Gorman has been the top agent in his office since 1993 and No. 1 in all of Saratoga in 1997 and from 2000 through 2003.

The Perrys have been in real estate for 12 years. They have been in the top 1 percent of Northern California agents and have been the top agents in the Los Gatos South office in 2001, 2002 and 2003.

A 15-year real estate veteran, Grabill has been with Coldwell Banker for seven years. She has been among the top 1 percent of all Northern California agents six out of the past seven years. Jeans has been in real estate for 13 years and with Coldwell Banker since it acquired Cornish and Carey. She has continuously ranked in the top 1 percent internationally, in Silicon Valley and in Northern California.
