Falcons finish fifth
|
|
|
The Saratoga High School junior varsity song team won the fifth-place trophy in the JV Song Pom Advanced division in a national competition held March 19 at the Anaheim Convention Center. The Falcons finished first in their division in three regional events to earn the invitation by the United Spirit Association to compete in the 20-team national event. The song-team members include (from left) Emily Harter, freshman; Kelly Burke, sophomore and co-captain of the team; Alex Wangbickler, sophomore and co-captain of the team; Emily Dunn, sophomore and co-captain of the team; and Brittain Melehan, freshman.
