Sheriff's Report
Under the Influence—April 20 at 7:27 p.m. on Prospect Road. An officer conducted an enforcement stop on a vehicle without a front license plate. Both the driver and a passenger of the vehicle showed objective signs of being under the influence of a stimulant and were booked into the main jail.

Unlicensed Driver—April 21 at 11 a.m. on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road at Seagull Way. An officer conducted an enforcement stop on a vehicle that was dragging its exhaust pipe. The driver did not have any identification and provided a false identity to the officer. He was booked into the main jail.

Burglary—Between April 19 at 10 a.m. and April 20 at 1:30 p.m. on Miljevich Drive. A man entered his father's property and broke the padlock on his toolshed in the backyard of the residence. He took several tools from the shed and left. The father said the tools belong to him and his son does not have permission to have them.

Residential Burglary—April 20 between 12:30 and 4:35 p.m. on Pierce Road. A man entered his room to find his closet door forced open and the closet ransacked. The suspects may have exited through a kitchen window.
