New fire station Turnaround Scholarship Utility tax
The Saratoga Fire Department plans to mortgage out the new fire station that's under construction in the downtown to meet a cost overrun of $1.5 million, said Fire Chief Gordon Duncan.  More Expel, recover and survive.
