Burglary—Between May 23 at 9:40 a.m. and May 24 at 6:30 a.m. on Prospect Road. A sandwich shop was broken into and a VCR attached to a video surveillance system was taken. An officer who responded to the call noticed damage to the front door, rear door and the office door of the shop. The burglar is at large.
Burglary—Between April 19 at noon and April 23 at 9 p.m. on Kristy Road. A 56-year-old woman who was out of town came back home to discover that a digital camera worth $450, seven DVDs worth $150 and $150 in loose change were missing. She had some construction going on in the house and had given a key to a construction agent.
Knife—On May 24 between 10 a.m. and 1:20 p.m. on Prospect Road. A student brought a weapon to the school grounds. An officer located a pocketknife in the pocket of the suspected student. The student said that he carried the knife for no particular reason. He was booked into juvenile hall.
Credit Cards—Between May 24 at 11 a.m. and May 25 at 9:10 p.m. on Chateau Drive. An unknown person entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a purse. Three credit cards were stolen out of the victim's purse. She also lost $100 in cash. The purse was found down the street in the bushes.
Key Scratches—Between April 19 at 8 a.m. and May 10 at 8 a.m. on Fruitvale Avenue. An 84-year-old woman found key scratches on her vehicle.
Home Invasion—May 25 between 1:15p.m. and 2 p.m. on Glen Una Drive. A 44-year-old woman returned home and discovered two men inside her residence. The two men ran outside, got into a silver-colored car and drove away. Some items were disturbed but nothing was missing.
