Grass—On June 13 at 6:20 p.m. on Saratoga Avenue near Mellon Drive. An officer conducted an enforcement stop. When the officer searched the person, he found a packet of marijuana in the man's right pocket. The person was cited for marijuana use and released on the spot.
Drunk in Public—On June 12 at 4:30 p.m. on Holiday Drive. An officer found a strong odor of alcohol on a person. The person could not tell the officer his home address, his date of birth or his name. The officer decided that the person was too intoxicated to take care of himself. The man was booked into the main jail.
Vandalism—Between June 11 at 8 p.m. and June 12 at 11 a.m. on Mellowood Drive. A person threw a rock through the back window of a car. The damage is around $500.
Auto Theft—Between June 11 at 8:30 p.m. and June 12 at 7:45 a.m. on Paseo Cerro Drive. A GMC Safari van parked in the driveway with doors unlocked was missing when the owner woke up in the morning. The keys were inside the vehicle and so was a purse containing jewelry worth $1,435. The owner called an officer to report a stolen vehicle.
