Saratoga resident Tom Roebuck took a bad situation—being laid off after more than 30 years in the high-tech industry—and turned it into something great. After perfecting a bottling invention, he now owns and operates Vigneron Corporation, which is fast becoming too big for his garage.

Less than a month ago, the city of Saratoga wanted to build two full-size soccer fields at Kevin Moran Park.  More Hidden away behind San Marcos Avenue is one of Saratoga's biggest construction projects of recent times.
