Sheriff's Report
Drug Paraphernalia—Aug. 4 at 4:20 p.m. at Cox Avenue and Paseo Presada. A person failed to stop at a stop sign. He consented to let the police search his vehicle. A white tube with a white residue was found in the car. He told the sheriff's deputy that he snorted cocaine. A plastic bag containing marijuana was also found in the car.

Identity Theft—Between Aug. 2 at noon and Aug. 4 at 7:30 p.m. at Verde Moor Court. A stolen Social Security number of a Saratoga resident is being used by someone in Los Angeles County. Twenty-five percent of the person's salary is being taken away by Los Angeles County for child support, but the person does not have any children.
