Sheriff's Report
Fishy Story—On Nov. 1 at 7:43 p.m. on Saratoga Avenue. Deputies stopped a car for a violation. All the people inside the car showed symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant. There were items in the car with security sensors still attached to them. No one in the car admitted to stealing them. Everyone in the car was booked into the main jail.

Photo Finish—Between Oct. 27 at 8 a.m. and Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. on Howen Drive. Someone stole two photo albums from a person's house. They are valued at $30. There are no known suspects.

Punch Drunk—On Nov. 3 at 4 p.m. on Big Basin Way. A man was found lying on the floor of a local business. He had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. He could not stand without assistance and was too drunk to take care of himself. He was booked into the main jail.

Legalized Marijuana—On Nov. 3 at 12:45 p.m. at Blaney Avenue. A deputy made an enforcement stop for expired registration of a car. He also found some marijuana in the car but the person had a marijuana card and a doctor's note. He was cited for transporting marijuana in a vehicle and released.

Identity Theft—On Nov. 15 on Parker Ranch Road. Someone transferred $16,500 from a person's credit card to his bank account. The person is at large.

Grass Class—On Nov. 11 between 12:05 and 12:15 p.m. on Fernbrook Court. Two juveniles stepped outside their school to smoke marijuana. They were cited and released to their parents.

Lollipop Battery—On Oct. 29 between 1:45 and 2 p.m. on Herriman Avenue. Someone hit the stick of a girl's lollipop while it was in her mouth. The person could not be located.
