Sheriff's Report
Concealed Weapon—On Dec. 5 at 11:40 a.m. on Vessy Road. A person was seen drinking alcohol in front of his car. When deputies searched him, they found three throwing knives on him. He was arrested for possession of concealed weapons.

Under the Influence—On Dec. 4 at 10:33 p.m. on Quito Road. A person was stopped for driving a car with a cracked windshield. He was nervous and fidgety and appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked into the main jail.

Bicycle Stolen—Between Dec. 3 at 4 p.m. and Dec. 4 at 9:50 a.m. on Fruitvale Avenue. A motorized bicycle locked to a pole was stolen. It was worth $300.

Car Theft—On Dec. 2, between 8 and 11:50 p.m. on Via Ranchero Drive. A car parked in a garage was stolen. The owner suspects the daughter of her caregiver.

Juvenile Drugs—On Dec. 2 at 2:55 p.m. on Ravenswood Drive. A juvenile was found using marijuana and alcohol near Ravenswood Park. He also had some hash and two smoking pipes with him. He was cited and released to his mother.

Forgery—Between Nov. 30 at 8 a.m. and Dec. 1 at 8 a.m. A person stole and printed fake checks using someone else's identity. One check was used to make a purchase at Office Depot for $841.

Magazine Subscription—On Nov. 29 at 2:30 p.m. on Saratoga Avenue. A person was soliciting magazine subscriptions without a permit. He was cited and released with a notice to appear.

Cocaine Haze —On Nov. 27 at 7:06 p.m. on Saratoga Avenue. A person was stopped for driving a car with an expired registration. The person had a suspended driver's license. Deputies also found some cocaine in his car.

Meth Truck—On Nov. 27 at 4:53 p.m. on Quito Road. A person was pulled over for driving a pickup truck with an expired registration. He showed symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant. Deputies found methamphetamines in the ashtray of his car. They also found a green bag containing marijuana.

Missing Person—Between Nov. 26 at 9:30 p.m. and Nov. 28 at 4:17 a.m. on Big Basin Way. An 80-year-old man was reported missing. He did not leave any communication behind for his family. The man has a heart condition and takes medication.

Highway Drunk—On Nov. 25 at 2:47 a.m. on Highway 9. A person was seen walking west on the highway. He seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. Deputies determined that he unable to take care of himself. He was booked into the main jail.

Residential Burglary—Between Nov. 24 at 10:30 p.m. and Nov. 25 at 8 a.m. on Big Basin Way. A person entered an unlocked garage and opened an unlocked vehicle. A bag, a palm pilot and a binder containing court documents were taken.

Car vandalism—Between Nov. 24 at 11 p.m. and Nov. 25 at 11 a.m. on Blauer Drive. Someone scratched, egged and spread butter on a person's car.

Grand Theft—Between Nov. 20 and 21 on Saratoga Avenue. Someone stole a stained glass window and a small plant from a house. The house is for sale and no one lives there.
