Car Window—Between Jan. 22 at noon and Jan 23 at 8:30 a.m. on Elva Avenue. Someone broke the driver's side window of a car. No items were missing from the car.
Radio Stolen—Between Jan. 19 at 9:30 a.m. and Jan. 23 at 10:30 a.m. on Trinity Avenue. A car was broken into and a satellite radio stolen. The radio is worth $200.
Selling Alcohol—On Jan. 21 at 8:38 p.m. on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. A salesperson at a drugstore was cited for selling beer to a minor. She did not ask for the person's identification before selling him the beer. The minor was a decoy for deputies.
Grand Theft—Between Jan. 19 at 8 p.m. and Jan. 21 at 3:40 p.m. on Canyon View Drive. Several items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle. The victim claims that he lost valuables worth $60,000.
Residential Burglary—Between Jan. 11 at 2:30 p.m. and Jan. 20 at 1:30 p.m. on Baylor Avenue. Someone removed a screen door, entered a house and stole numerous items. The missing items are valued at $1,135.
Marijuana Use—On Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. on Prospect Road. A deputy was talking to a girl about a previous case when she admitted to having some marijuana and a smoking pipe with her. She was cited and released.
Weed Wagon—On Jan. 18 between 10:50 and 11:30 a.m. on Portos Drive. A car was stopped for a driving violation. Four high-school students in the car were in possession of marijuana and other drug-related paraphernalia. They were cited and released to their respective parents.
Under the Influence—On Jan. 17 at 3:05 p.m. on Saratoga Avenue. A woman was stopped for driving with a broken headlight. She appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant. Deputies also found that she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
Auto Burglary—Between Jan. 15 at 9 p.m. and Jan. 16 at 8 a.m. on Saratoga Vista Court. A camera lens and some other equipment worth $8,000 were taken from a car.
False Registration—On Jan. 15 at 2 p.m. on Paseo Presada. A car with an expired registration had a false registration sticker on it. The car was towed.
Suspended License—On Jan. 15 at 2:45 a.m. on Saratoga Avenue. A car traveling 55 miles per hour in a residential neighborhood was stopped by deputies. The driver had a suspended driver's license. He was booked into the main jail.
Drunk in Public—On Jan. 14 at 11 a.m. on Lannoy Court. A person exhibited symptoms of alcohol intoxication. Deputies determined that she was unable to take care of herself.
Concealed Firearm—On Jan. 11 at 4 p.m. on McCoy Avenue. A red Toyota truck was stopped for running a stop sign. Deputies found a loaded handgun in the truck. The person was arrested for carrying a concealed firearm.
Magazine Subscription—On Jan. 10 at 3:15 p.m. on Brookglen Drive. A person was cited for selling magazine subscriptions without a permit from the city.
