Ten-year-old Kelvin Fann appears fascinated by a metal sculpture at the Saratoga Rotary Art Show. Kelvin was among 20,000 people that flocked to the daylong event on May 1. The Saratoga Rotary expects to make about $80,000 from the event, all of which will go to local nonprofits.
