John and Robin Jenkins, a local couple, and the Saratoga Rotary Club are the people to thank for cleaning up parts of Highway 9 in Saratoga.  More It's a Saratoga tradition that's been around for more than 80 years, thanks to the efforts of the Foothill Club  More Residents protested vociferously last year when the city of Saratoga proposed building two soccer fields at Kevin Moran Park.  More
