Methamphetamine Catch--On May 13 at 6:17 a.m. on Saratoga Avenue. Deputies stopped a motorist for driving with false registration tabs. They also found methamphetamine in the car. The person was arrested and booked into the main jail.
Burglary--Between May 12 at 5 p.m. and May 13 at 8 a.m. on Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. Someone cut a padlock, entered a trailer and stole gardening equipment valued at $1,173.
Marijuana Possession--On May 12 at 2:09 a.m. on Paseo Presada. A person was stopped for a driving violation. Deputies found marijuana in his car. He was cited and released.
Rifle Surrendered--On May 12 at 1:30 p.m. on El Dorado Court. A person surrendered her rifle at the West Valley Substation. The property was booked as evidence.
Grand Theft--On May 9 between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Tricia Court. Someone stole $2,300 in cash from a person's house. The cash was in $100 bills. No credit cards were taken.
Residential Burglary--Between May 8 and 12 on Heath Street. Someone walked into an empty house and stole a statue valued at $1,000. The windows of the house were unlocked.
