Unincorporated land Noise mitigation Election lawsuit
The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors has unanimously approved a plan to provide financial help to local cities annexing unincorporated pockets of land within their boundaries.  More The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority will start work next month on a $9 million noise mitigation project on Highway 85.  More The voters of the West Valley-Mission Community College District approved the sale of $235 million in general obligation bonds on Nov. 2, but a Saratoga property owner has sued to block the issuance of the bonds.  More
