Coca-Cola apparently helps get the creative juices flowing for Zarek Peris. Armed with the task of creating a device that could launch pingpong balls into the air, he came up with this apparatus for his head. It's all part of the curriculum at Camp Galileo, held for the first time in Saratoga this summer.

Class size Façade improvement Dedication program
Kindergarten classes in the Saratoga Union School District appear to be a little crowded in the fall.  More Klaus Pache has put new flower pots in front of his business, the Plumed Horse restaurant on Big Basin Way.  More Saratoga City Clerk Cathleen Boyer says she receives dozens of calls every month from local residents interested in donating a tree or bench to the city in memory of a loved one.  More
