Possession Of Marijuana And Vandalism Tools--On July 12 at 1:40 a.m. on Prospect Road and Lawrence Expressway. The officer smelled marijuana after stopping a vehicle for license plate lights that were out. Marijuana, spray paint cans, nozzles and a cell phone containing pictures of vandalism were found.

Battery On A Police Officer--On July 13 at 9:30 p.m. on Pierce Road. A suspect under the influence of alcohol fought deputies, biting one deputy in the right arm but not breaking the skin.

Petty Theft--On July 13 at 9 p.m. on Cox Avenue. A man reported his gym bag with gym card and clothing were stolen from an unattended and unlocked locker at 24 Hour Fitness.

Grand Theft--On July 12 at 11:15 a.m. on Canyon View Drive. A briefcase containing personal papers and jewelry was reported stolen.

Switch Blade Knife And Drug Paraphernalia--On July 15 at 2:30 p.m. on Blauer Drive and Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. A driver possessed a butterfly knife and drug paraphernalia.

Possession Of Marijuana--On July 17 at 12:14 a.m. on Saratoga Avenue and Quito Road. An officer stopped a vehicle for faulty taillights. Marijuana was found in the vehicle and the driver lacked proof of insurance.

Trespassing--On July 17 at 1:05 p.m. on Vista Arroyo Court and Parker Ranch Road. Someone came out of the woods where numerous "No Trespassing" and "Private Property" signs were posted. The subject could not provide proper identification and made conflicting statements.
