The Performing Arts and Lecture Center at Saratoga High School has a new name.  More Wei Pan, 54, left the Safeway store in the Argonaut Shopping Center on the morning of June 3 and started walking home.  More Living in Saratoga may be cause enough for celebration, but the 17th annual Celebrate Saratoga! street festival gives residents the time and the place to cut loose.  More
