Controlled Substance--On Nov. 20 at 11:06 a.m. on Paseo Cerro. A person was acting strange and out of control. He was agitated, not making sense, sweating and not complying with the officer's directions. The person was found in possession of a white, crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. The person was booked into the main jail.
Under the Influence--On Nov. 18 at 2:16 a.m. on Prospect Road and Johnson Road. A car was parked on Prospect Road with its turn signal on. The driver displayed symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant. The officer arrested her and booked her into the main jail.
Vehicle Burglary--On Nov. 16 at 11:45 p.m. on Glasgow Drive and Argonne Drive. Two parked vehicles were damaged after being broken into. The first vehicle had its right rear window broken out. Several items had been removed from the vehicle. The second vehicle was found with an open door and damage to the dashboard around the stereo. The stereo was lying on the floor of the vehicle. Losses and damage to the first vehicle were estimated at $1,100. Damage to the second vehicle was estimated at $500.
