Marijuana--On Dec. 9 at 2:05 a.m. on Dundee Avenue and Carrick Avenue. An officer stopped a vehicle for speeding. The vehicle smelled like marijuana. A search turned up a small amount of marijuana in the center console. The officer cited and released the driver.
Found Bicycles--On Dec. 8 at 6 a.m. on Kosich Avenue and Saratoga Avenue. A person found three bicycles lying in his driveway. The person was unable to locate the owners of the bicycles. An officer took the bicycles to a storage area.
Lost Passport--On Dec. 8 at 6 a.m. on Haun Court. A person placed his passport in a desk drawer last June when he returned from vacation. While preparing for an upcoming trip, he was unable to locate the passport. The person was directed to obtain a police report so he could get a replacement.
Petty Theft--On Dec. 7 between 11 and 11:15 a.m. on Big Basin Way. A person left a café after getting a cup of coffee. She thought she had left her wallet at the café but upon returning could not find it. The wallet contained three credit cards, her Social Security card and approximately $15. While canceling her cards, she was informed that one of the cards had been used to make a $103 purchase in San Jose.
Vandalism--Sometime between 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 6 and 6 a.m. on Dec. 7 on Saratoga Avenue. An unknown person spray painted "Digital Slave" and "Bot" on the windows and walls of the Gyration Company. Damages were estimated at $500.
Vandalism--On Dec. 5 at 1 p.m. on Verde Vista Lane and Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road. A person arrived home at about 10 a.m. and found that the door in the downstairs room had been forced open, causing damage to the doorframe. The cost to repair the door was estimated at $1,200.
Petty Theft--On Nov. 30 at 2:40 p.m. on Glen Una Drive. A person took two packages that had been delivered by UPS.
