Vehicle Burglary--On March 5 between 5:15 and 6 p.m. on Miller Avenue. The rear passenger window of a locked vehicle was broken and a briefcase was taken.
Burglary--On March 5 between midnight and 8 a.m. on Carniel Avenue. A residential burglary occurred while the residents were asleep. Someone entered an unlocked side gate, opened a garage door and then entered the home through a door to the kitchen. Once inside, the person took a brown women's wallet containing credit cards and $30 in cash. The person went back into the garage, activated a garage door opener and exited the garage.
Vehicle Burglary--On March 4 between 1 and 2 p.m. on Prospect Road. An unknown person broke a window of a locked van parked in a high school parking lot. The person reached in and took a black purse and hip pack containing credit cards, identification cards and $950 in cash. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $350.
Controlled Substance--On March 4 at 2:44 a.m. on Prospect Road and Blaney Avenue. An officer pulled over a vehicle with an expired registration tab. The driver displayed symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant. The driver had a suspended license and was in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Auto Burglary--On March 3 between 2 and 6:30 a.m. on Wildwood Way. An unknown person broke the window of a locked vehicle parked in front of a residence. A laptop computer and a purse containing credit cards were taken from the vehicle.
Soliciting without a Permit--On Feb. 28 at 6:55 p.m. on Arroyo De Arguello and Corte de Arguello. Someone reported two people had attempted to sell her magazine subscriptions. The two people admitted to soliciting without a permit and were booked into the main jail.
