    Obituary

    Edna L. Heath

    Edna L. Heath, a longtime Sunnyvale resident, died on Dec. 13.

    She moved to Sunnyvale in 1942 and remained until 1985, her family says. Heath was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Sunnyvale. She was born on Dec. 8, 1911, in Waldron, Ark., and died of natural causes in Oroville.

    She is survived by her son Clarence Heath; daughter Robbie Harper, of Oroville; daughter Dorothy Spalding, of Santa Monica; daughter Clara Caul, of Shingletown, Calif.; daughter Elizabeth Karpen, of Talent, Ore.; sister Oneida McCurry of Arizona; sister Louise Harrison of Iowa; sister Ina Mae Thomas of Arkansas; and 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

    Private services were held in Oroville and Alta Mesa Memorial Park in Palo Alto.
