    Public Safety

    The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department

    Commercial Burglary--Dec. 14, 4:12 a.m., 1100 block N. Lawrence Expressway. Suspect entered Lake Vista Liquors, removed an unknown amount of money from two drawers behind the counter and fled.

    Vandalism--Dec. 14, 12:45 a.m., 500 block E. Cheyenne Drive. Unknown suspect wrote graffiti on the windows of main office of local school. Suspect also scratched the glass portion of the main office door.

    Automotive Grand Theft--Dec. 12, 4 p.m., intersection of El Camino Real and Mathilda Avenue. Suspect removed a Beacon Tracker Ditch Witch and four two-way radios from a vehicle at local business. Losses totaled $18,000.

    Grand Theft--Dec. 11, 10:25 a.m., 1300 block E. Moffett Park Drive. Unknown suspect(s) cut a chain and lock, which were attached to the exterior of a storage shed to the rear of local business and stole $1,900 worth of items.
