Editors looking for 'Best of the Best' in local cookbooks
The editors of the nationally known "Best of the Best" cookbook series are asking local groups to submit their own cookbooks for possible inclusion in the upcoming Best of the Best from California: Selected Recipes from California's Favorite Cookbooks.
All community, organization, church or individual cookbooks are eligible for consideration as long as they are still in print. Inclusion is free.
If a local cookbook is chosen as "one of the best" by editors Gwen McKee and Barbara Moseley, favorite recipes will be printed, together with ordering information so "Best of the Best" readers can order it.
The deadline for submitting a cookbook to the editors is the end of March. To contact the editors, or for more information, call 800/343-1583.
