The following incidents were culled from reports filed by the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.

Spousal Battery--Jan. 15, 1:24 a.m. A man was arrested on charges of spousal battery on the 400 block of E. Maude Avenue. Upon arrest, it was discovered that the man was also a fugitive from Missouri. He was arrested and taken to the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Theft--Jan. 13, 10:55 a.m. A man was arrested on the 1600 block of Ontario Avenue for theft and conspiracy charges. He was also charged with violating parole. In a separate incident, another man was arrested for possession of stolen property and conspiracy on the 1600 block of Hollenbeck Road at 4:40 p.m. Both men were taken to the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Vandalism--Jan. 12, 9 a.m. A transient was arrested on the 700 block of Fair Oaks Avenue for vandalism and resisting arrest. He was taken to the Santa Clara County Main Jail.

Auto Burglary--Jan. 9. A man filed a report with Sunnyvale police that his locked truck had been broken into on the 1200 block of Bordeaux Road. The thief broke the passenger's side window. No fingerprints were found in the truck, and there are no suspects.

Auto Theft--Jan. 12, 3 p.m. A woman was arrested on Mathilda Avenue for felony auto theft. She was taken to the Santa Clara County Main Jail and is being held on $5,000 bail.
