The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department.

Narcotic Manufacturing--Jan. 16, 11:07 a.m. 820 E. El Camino Real. Four people were arrested in a room at the Best Western Motel after police found products used to manufacture methamphetamines. Police responded to a call for what they believed was a domestic dispute. When they searched the room, officers found hoses, glassware, burners and chemicals indicative of a manufacturing operation.

Disturbing the Peace--Jan. 23, 2:30 a.m. 100 E. Evelyn Ave. Five females, all under the age of 21, were arrested for disturbing the peace, drunk in public and challenging to fight.

Theft--Jan. 18, 11:45 a.m. 1000 Arques Ave. A 33-year-old male suspect was arrested for attempting to steal $70 worth of CDs from Fry's Electronics. The suspect was found with two Madonna CDs and the soundtracks from The Lion King and Titanic tucked beneath his shirt.

Auto--Jan. 19, 8:30 p.m. 500 E. Maude Ave. Five cars were burglarized in the area surrounding the 500 block of Maude Avenue, resulting in more than $600 worth of stolen property. Officers believe all incidents are related.

Auto--Jan. 18, 11 p.m. 1200 Reamwood Ave. Two cars were burglarized, resulting in more than $10,700 worth of stolen property. Unknown suspects made off with two laptop computers, two cellular phones, two leather satchels and two palm pilots.
