Drug possession--2:05 a.m. on Jan. 22 on Arques Avenue and Lakeside Drive. A man was arrested on charges of possessing a controlled substance and stolen property, having a concealed, loaded firearm and driving without a license. Bail was set at $12,100.
Spousal abuse--11:30 p.m. on Jan. 22 on South Mary and Sutter avenues. A Sunnyvale man was arrested.
Grand theft auto--Between Jan. 7-22 on the 1100 block of El Camino Real. A Lincoln Mercury VIII was reported missing.
Robbery and petty theft--3:30 p.m. on Jan. 21 at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Lawrence Expressway. A San Jose man was arrested on two charges. Two other San Jose men were subsequently arrested on the same charges.
Drug possession--12:30 p.m. on Jan. 21 on Lawrence Expressway and Kifer Road. A Morgan Hill man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,250.
Spousal abuse--midnight on Jan. 20 on Markham Terrace and McKinley Ave. A Sunnyvale man was charged.
Petty theft--7:30 p.m. on Jan. 19 on Kern Street. A Santa Clara man was arrested for stealing merchandise from a business.
Drug possession--5:05 a.m. on Jan. 19 on the 1100 block of Lawrence Expressway. A Sunnyvale man was arrested with less than one ounce of marijuana.
