The following incidents were culled from reports filed by officers at the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.

Armed robbery--10:30 p.m., Jan. 29, 1000 block of Lakehaven Drive. A man brandishing a revolver and wearing dark clothes and a ski mask robbed an gasoline station. He was last seen running through the parking lot to the rear of the station. The suspect was identified as a 28-year-old Hispanic man who weighs 120 pounds and stands 5 feet 4 inches tall.

Spousal abuse--Jan. 29, Velvet Lake Drive. A Sunnyvale man was arrested. Bail was set at $1,048.

Drug possession--Jan. 29., on the 600 block of Grand Fir Avenue. A man was arrested for possession of an amphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000.

Drugs, DUI--2:15 a.m., Jan. 29, on the 500 block of Matilda Ave. A Santa Clara man was arrested for driving while intoxicated and providing alcohol to a minor. He also was charged with a narcotics violation.

Petty theft--7:16 p.m., Jan. 28, Sunnyvale Avenue. A man was charged with stealing merchandise from a store.

Speeding--4:30 p.m., Jan. 28 on the 700 block of All America Way. A man was arrested for speeding and failure to appear in court on a citation. Bail was set at $8,000.

DUI--1:15 p.m., Jan. 28, Sunnyvale Road and El Camino. A Sunnyvale man was arrested, and bail was set at $25,000.

Forgery--1:45 p.m., Jan. 27, 100 block of Murphy Avenue. A Sunnyvale man was arrested on six counts of forgery and speeding. Bail was set at $20,093.

Petty theft--11:59 a.m., Jan. 27, South Sunnyvale Road. A Mountain View man was arrested for taking merchandise from a store. A woman from the same city also was arrested on a similar charge.

Prowling--12:50 p.m., Jan. 27, on the 1200 block of Borregas Avenue. A Modesto man was cited.
