Tax-Aide volunteers are offering free assistance to low- and moderate-income taxpayers age 60 or older.
The aides are trained to complete basic state and federal income-tax forms and answer questions. One-hour appointments are available two days per week, 9 a.m.-noon., through April 12 at the Sunnyvale Senior Center, 820 W. McKinley Ave.
Tax-Aide is sponsored by the AARP and IRS Tax Counseling for the Elderly program. For more information, call 730-7360.
