    Public Safety

    The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department.

    Burglary--Feb. 6 4:30 p.m. Mathilda and Washington Avenues. Three females were arrested for burglary and possession of stolen property.

    Auto--Feb. 3 8 a.m. 1200 Manzano Way. A parked car was broken into, resulting in $2,740 in damages and stolen property. Stolen items included an Apple Macintosh laptop computer and books on fashion design and pattern making.

    False Bomb Threat--Feb. 10 3:49 p.m. 400 S. Murphy Ave. A 46-year-old man was arrested for making a false bomb threat. The man walked into the Social Security building and told employees he had an explosive device in his handbag. The building was evacuated, after which the suspect was detained.

    Domestic Violence--Feb. 9 11 a.m. 600 W. El Camino Real. A 34-year-old male was arrested for tampering with phone lines, illegal entry, domestic violence and battery.
