    New federal funding grant may help ease high-tech shortage


    Sunnyvale-based NOVA, an organization that addresses the needs of high-tech industry employers and employees, soon will be able to slightly increase space at overcrowded local training programs. On Feb. 11, NOVA officials learned that the program had been awarded a $1.3 million federal grant for training high-tech workers.   More
