Juggle those Þgures and build a pool

I was so surprised when I read that Sunnyvale could not afford to build a swimming pool. Why? Because at one time there was a consideration given to building a performing arts building, which I'm sure would cost a considerable sum of money. And, of course, we had the president of our United States, Mr. Clinton, visit our fair city to study our finances because there are so many experts handling the Sunnyvale expense involved in maintaining a good size community. I often wondered why Sunnyvale had such a problem with weeds in the creeks, whereas Palo Alto and Mountain View creeks have none! I just cannot believe you finance experts cannot find the money to build another pool. You people might want to use it, too. Swimming is good for you.
