Shobana Pendyala assembles roughly cut glass pieces just the way she wants them before moving on to the next step of stained glass-making: grinding down the rough edges. Pendyala is part of class taught by Phyllis Hunt at the Saratoga Recreation Center. Hunt also teaches this class at Homestead High School in Sunnyvale.
