    Voters duped by Prop. 21

What a sad day for California when the people are once again duped into passing a terrible law. Proposition 21 now gives all the power to District Attorneys rather than judges when it comes to prosecuting juveniles as adults. When these 14 and 15-year-olds go into the adult system with all its violence, there is only one thing to expect-more violence when they are released.

But then wouldn't you become more violent and not care one bit about the people of the community who allowed you to be placed in a place where you were abused, tortured and raped?

Shame on us for not caring enough for our future to find better ways to help them.
