Rest in peace, beloved Roland Hastings
We are extremely sad to hear about the passing of Roland Hastings. He was a great teacher and a wonderful human being. Hastings taught Spanish during our daughter's three years at Columbia Middle School. He had a way of making parents and students feel special and appreciated. He motivated his students in such a way, that he made a genuine and positive impression on our daughter during her middle school years. Our family never forgot him and will always think of him with fondness. Our deeply heartfelt condolences go out to the Hastings family.
