Spring soccer camp

Kulwant Singh, the coach of the successful men's and women's soccer programs at De Anza Community College, will host a spring soccer camp for youngsters ages 5-15 on April 14-18 at the Cupertino Library field. The cost is $90 for the 5-day session. For more information, call Singh at 864-8745.

Women's golf

The Fore Women's Golf Tournament will be held April 19, 11 a.m., at the Sunken Gardens Golf Course in Sunnyvale. The registration fee for the two-player scramble tournament is $43, and the deadline for entries is April 12. For more information, call Rosiland Bivings at 1-415-964-8219.

Baseball signups

The North County Pony Baseball League will hold signups on April 12 at Raynor Park in Sunnyvale, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The league will also hold signups and tryouts on April 19 at Peterson Junior High.

Soccer tryouts

The Sunnyvale '83 Roadrunners will hold tryouts for their girls' under-15 Class I team on April 12. For more information, call Chuck at 245-2153 or Cherie at 867-8613.

Popular run returns

The Tortoise and Hare Run is back.

After a two-year absense, the popular run will make its return on April 13.

The entry fee for runners is $22 on race day ($5 for Bunny Hop or kids' race), and the start-finish line is located on the track at Los Gatos High School. Races begin at 8:30 a.m.
