Speak Out Everything is OK Mayor Jack Walker says "people are comfortable here" (The Sun, Feb. 28). (He has begun the old "open door policy"--to hear complaints.) As long as the sewers are flowing, the garbage collected, and the streets relatively free of danger--what more could one ask of city government? Apart from breakdowns of the above, the people of Sunnyvale can be "comfortable" with any other tolerable nuisance in town. Robert Thoen Sunnyvale
