The following incidents were culled from reports filed by the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety.

False Report--5:26 a.m., April 15. A 17-year-old male was cited after he admitted to making a false report that a Sunnyvale Public Safety officer molested him. The suspect called the front desk at the PSO office and told a clerk that the officer had coerced him into going to a park, where the officer performed fellatio. After officers investigated the matter, the teenager confessed the claim was untrue.

Theft/Possession--7 p.m., April 16. A suspect at the TZone store at 1190 Kern was arrested after security guards saw him leave the store with a CD-ROM concealed in his waistband. After police arrived, a search of the suspect's car revealed a small baggy containing a tan substance that tested positive for methamphetamines. The suspect showed signs of being under the influence of the illegal substance and was booked into county jail.

Intimidating a witness--8:10 p.m., April 12. A female suspect was arrested in the 600 block of Starbush Drive after she threatened another woman by saying, "You'll pay, bitch." The victim is a witness in a case in which the suspect is involved. The suspect was booked into county jail.

Petty Theft--4:30 p.m. April 12. A burglar smashed the passenger window at the 400 block of N. Fair Oaks and made off with $400 worth of goods, including the car stereo. There are no leads or suspects in the case.
