Stalking--May 1, on the 500 block of East Taylor Avenue. A Fremont man was charged with that crime and with burglary, two counts of violation of a restraining order and vandalism. Bail was set at $75,000.
Spousal abuse--9:02 a.m., May 1, on the 700 block of South Fair Oaks Avenue. A Sunnyvale woman was arrested.
Drug possession--7:30 p.m., May 1, on the 1,000 block of Wolfe Road. A Sunnyvale man was arrested for possession of marijuana. He was previously arrested for prowling at the same location.
Resisting arrest--3:30 p.m., May 1, on the 1,000 block of Bradford Drive. A Sunnyvale man was charged.
Stalking--11:20 p.m., April 30, at the intersection of Fair Oaks and Taylor avenues. A Sunnyvale man was arrested on that charge, one count of drunkenness, two counts of failure to appear on a citation and other charges. Bail was set at $11,605.
Burglary--7:08 p.m., April 30, at the intersection of Maude and Morse avenues. A Sunnyvale man was arrested for burglarizing a business. Bail was set at $5,000.
Burglary--12:45 a.m., April 30, on the 200 block of Maude Avenue. A Sunnyvale man was arrested. Bail was set at $5,000. A Redwood City man was arrested on the same charge in connection with the alleged burglary. His bail was set at $5,000.
Death threat--10:17 a.m., April 29, on the 700 block of San Gabriel Drive. A Milpitas man was arrested for making death threats against his wife and children. He also was charged with battery.
Narcotics--12:30 p.m., April 29, on the 1200 block of W. El Camino Real. An Oakland woman was arrested on a narcotics violation. Bail was set at $10,000.
Assault and battery--5:58 p.m., April 29, on the 800 block of E. El Camino Real. A San Jose man was arrested.
