Public Safety
The following incident was taken from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department
Under the Influence-April 29, 1:15 a.m., 1100 block of Lawrence Expressway. Officer saw the suspect sitting in his vehicle. A glass pipe used to smoke controlled substances was in plain view on the front passenger seat. The officer evaluated the suspect and suspected he was under the influence of a controlled substance. Suspect was arrested and transported to headquarters where he was processed and taken to the county jail.
