    Benefit Golf Tourney

A golf tournament to benefit the Neill Parry Foundation will be held June 1 at the Cinnabar Hills Golf Club in San Jose.

The tourney, hosted by the Willow Glen Rotary, will benefit the Parry Foundation. Parry is the San Jose State University football player who lost his leg during the 2000 season, and the foundation in his name assists athletes who have been seriously injured. Some of the proceeds will also benefit the Rotary's ongoing charities program.

The entry fee for the scramble tournament is $200 per golfer and includes green fees and cart, as well as food and beverages throughout the day. Following the tourney, there will be an awards banquet.

    Call Mike Anderson at 408.938.4203.

    Golden Eagle Camp

The 16th annual Golden Eagle Summer Swim and Sports Camp returns to the area this summer, but in a new location.

The weekly camps, for girls and boys ages 5-14, will be held June 18 through Aug. 3 at Mountain View High School. Campers are divided into six age groups.

The camp is run by area coaches Nelson and Monica Lodge along with a staff of qualified instructors and counselors.

The costs range from $90 for the half day camp (10 a.m.-1 p.m. or 1-4 p.m.) to $170 per week for the full day camp (10 a.m.-4 p.m.). There are also rates for an extended program and special rates for the full seven-week program.

Call Monica Lodge at 650.947.9618 or check www.goldeneaglecamp.org.
