Where are they now? Let us know

We did it before, and we're going to do it again. We're putting together a story to let folks in the area know where yesterday's local high school stars are today. Giants clinic

The San Jose Giants will hold a clinic for baseball players ages 8-18, on June 7, 3-4:15 p.m., prior to their game against Lancaster at San Jose Municipal Stadium.

Clinic registration runs 2-3 p.m., and all clinic participants receive admission to the night's California League game.

Basketball tourney

A basketball tournament for boys in grades 5-8 will be held June 7, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and June 8, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., hosted by Sunnyvale Leisure Services.

The two-day, double-elimination tournament will be played at the Columbia Neighborhood Center, 739 Morse Ave.

Players will be divided into two separate divisions, fifth and sixth grades and seventh and eigth, and teams must have between eight and 12 players to participate. The cost is $100 per team.
