    The following incidents were compiled from the log at the Sunnyvale Public Safety Department.

    Illegal Exhibition of Speed--May 31, 11:15 p.m., Corner of Hollenbeck Rd. and Fremont Ave. While driving westbound on Fremont Ave., a police officer heard a red Camaro revving its engine. The officer heard the tires squealing which did not stop until the car had traveled about a quarter of the car's length.

    Possession of Marijuana--May 31, 10:37 p.m., 900 block E. El Camino Real. During a security check of the rear of a bar, a police officer saw a vehicle parked and the driver reclined in the driver's seat. The officer conducted a welfare check on the subject who was determined to be drunk in public. The officer located 27 grams of marijuana in a baggie in his right front pocket.

    Auto Burglary--May 26, 8:48 a.m., 1100 block Havenwood Ave. An unknown suspect forced entry into a vehicle parked in front of its owners home. The suspect pried open the right side door, damaging the doors trim. The suspect stole $800 in stereo equipment and caused $1,000 in property damage. Seven latent fingerprints were lifted from the car and submitted for processing.

    Possession for Sale--May 25, 5:55 p.m., 800 block E. El Camino Real. An officer searched a suspect and found 5.1 grams of cocaine and 5.5 grams of methamphetamine. The officers also found a cell phone, a pager, and $311 in cash. The officer searched the victim's hotel room and found two ledges and a scale.

    Residential Burglary--May 25, 12:08 p.m., 700 block Sweet Bay Dr. An unknown suspect entered a locked residence through the bathroom window. Once inside, the suspect searched the closets and dressers located in the bedrooms and office. The suspect then exited the residence via the front door with an undetermined amount of the victim's property.
