Senior Notes
Housing advice
On Thursdays at the Senior Center, a housing expert is available to answer questions and provide resources for those considering moving from their homes. Call 408.777.3150.
SALA speaker scheduled
A representative from the Senior Adult Legal Assistance program will address the question, "Do I need a will or a trust," on June 19, 1 p.m. at the Senior Center. SALA is available twice a month to provide free legal services. Appointments are needed. For more information, call 408.777.3150.
Senior trips scheduled
The Senior Center has scheduled trips to the Oakland Museum to view a quilt exhibit on June 11, and to the Alameda Day celebration on June 21. An excursion to Carmel's ninth annual Tomato Fest is planned for July 30, and a tour of the Oakland Harbor and Pacific Bell park is scheduled for August. Senior Center Luau
A Hawaiian luau will mark Kamehameha Day on June 12 at 1 p.m. at the Cupertino Senior Center, located in the Quinlan Community Center. The event features the Aloha Nani Hula Dancers and the Kane Kapila Trio. Tickets are $5 and are limited to 100.

Newcomer coffee
The Senior Center Advisory Board will play host to a coffee for newcomers on June 8, 10 a.m. at the Senior Center. Call 408.777.3150 for more information.
Blood pressure check
The Senior Center will offer free blood pressure screenings on June 19 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on June 15 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the center. The service is open to the public. For more information, call 408.777.3150.
