    Sunnyvale Alliance soccer signups

    The Sunnyvale Alliance Soccer Club will hold signups for the 2000 season on June 25, 1-4 p.m., at the De Anza Park Recreation Building, corner of Ticonderoga and Lime in Sunnyvale.

    The league is open to boys and girls ages 4-18 (as of Aug. 1) and there are programs for both recreational and competitive players.

    The registration fee ranges from $60 to $90, depending on age and program. Players must provide a copy of their birth certificate, a 1-inch photo of themselves, the registration fee and the name of their doctor at the signup.

    Sunnyvale AYSO

    The Sunnyvale AYSO soccer program will hold signups for players ages 4 1/2-18 (by July 31, 2000) for the fall season. Signups are slated for June 10, 12:30-5 p.m., at the Ponderosa Park Building.

    Players must provide proof of age, a passport-sized photograph, their height and weight, name of insurance company, name and phone number of family doctor, and name and phone number of an emergency contact person.
