Top Teachers

The Cupertino Union School District named its teachers of the year from each school last month, including Amy Heumann, who will represent the district as a nominee for the county and state teacher of the year. Beginning top row left, the honorees are Micheline McCullough, Ann McAllister, Kay Matthews, Carol Witt, Micki Foster, Anne Brown, Fran Johnson, Madeline Russell, Robin Bennett, Shane Tatman and Doreen Baldwin. In the bottom row, from the left: Amy Heumann, Connie Fox, Gayle Kurose, Patricia Sandoval, Merrilee Downer, Nancy Neinchel, Kim Hatam, Mariana Alwell, Kathy Noether, Lupe Baer, Cheryl Fujii and Gail Moberg.
