Summer soccer camp

A summer soccer camp for youngsters ages 5-15 will be held at De Anza Community College in Cupertino June 17-21.

The camp runs from 9 a.m.-noon daily and the cost is $90. For more information, call 864-8745.

Youth ice hockey

The Santa Clara Valley Hockey Association will hold skills clinics and scrimmages throughout the summer at Iceoplex in Fremont and at the Eastridge Ice Arena.

Ice hockey skills clinics are held Sundays through the end of August at Iceoplex. Mites and squirts are on the ice 10:30-11:30 a.m. with the pee wees, bantams and midgets in action 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.

Hockey scrimmages for mites through midgets are held Saturdays, 7:30-9 a.m., at Eastridge and Thursdays, 7:45-9 p.m., at Iceoplex.

AYSO soccer signups

The Sunnyvale AYSO soccer league is currently holding signups for the fall season. The league is open to boys and girls ages 4 1/2-18, and players with disabilities are welcome.

Parents of new players must provide a birth certificate, and the registration fee is $35. For more information, call 739-2976.

Alliance soccer

Sunnyvale Alliance will hold tryouts for its under-16, under-18 and under-19 boys' select teams at Cupertino Junior High School.

Under-16 tryouts will be held Wednesdays and Fridays, 6-8 p.m., and under-18 and under-19 tryouts are set for Fridays, 5:30-7:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 3-5 p.m. For more information, call Michael Gokey at 254-2111 or 943-3470.

Soccer clinic

The De Anza Impact Select Soccer Team will host a soccer clinic for players under the age of 15 June 17-21 at Saratoga High School.

Youth football

The Sunnyvale-Cupertino Pop Warner football organization has scheduled signups for the fall season for boys and girls interested in becoming players and cheerleaders.

Signups will be held July 13, 9 a.m.-noon, at Fair Oaks Park in Sunnyvale.
